HENGHUA operates an 18,000㎡ facility with 8 high-speed production lines, producing over 25 million meters of hydraulic and industrial hoses annually. We serve customers in more than 70 countries with full ISO 9001 and ISO 18752 certification.
Under HENGHUA, we serve customers through two distinct product brands:
GLOBHOSE® – Our high-performance hydraulic hose brand. This flagship line of SAE/DIN hoses for general industry reaches working pressures up to 42MPa (6,100 psi).
FLEXMAX® – Our flexible industrial hose brand. Engineered for extreme conditions from -40°C to +150°C with over 1 million impulse cycles.

Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose
We offer SAE 100 R1AT/R2AT, DIN EN 853 1SN/2SN, and SAE 100 R16/R17 compact hoses in inner diameters from 6mm to 51mm, with working pressures up to 42MPa (6,100psi) and monthly capacity exceeding 800,000 meters. Our wire braided hoses deliver over 400,000 impulse cycles (exceeding SAE standards), a 4:1 safety burst ratio, and full batch traceability with test reports available upon request.
Wire Braided hyraulic hose
We manufacture SAE 100 R12, R13, R15 and DIN EN 856 4SP/4SH spiral hoses in inner diameters from 10mm to 51mm, handling working pressures up to 45MPa (6,500psi) for ultra-high pressure applications. Designed for heavy-duty mining, construction, and offshore equipment, these hoses provide over 1 million impulse cycles, extreme abrasion resistance, and a 4:1 safety burst ratio, with each batch fully traceable.
Thermoplastic Hose
Our thermoplastic hoses feature a lightweight, non-conductive design for dynamic high-pressure applications, available in SAE 100 R7/R8 standards from 3mm to 25mm ID with working pressures up to 35MPa (5,000psi). They offer exceptional chemical resistance, a -40°C to +100°C range, and abrasion-resistant covers, ideal for robotics, agricultural implements, and mobile hydraulics where flexibility and weight reduction are critical.
Textile Braided Hoses
We supply textile braided hoses for low to medium pressure applications, including SAE 100 R3/R6 standards in inner diameters from 5mm to 63mm with working pressures up to 12MPa (1,750psi). Monthly production exceeds 500,000 meters. These hoses offer excellent flexibility, kink resistance, and compatibility with petroleum-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids – ideal for return lines, drain lines, and low-pressure systems.
Floating Dredging Hose
We supply Self-floating dredging hoses for river, harbor, and offshore applications. ID from 8″ to 40″, pressures up to 2.5MPa, temperatures -30°C to +80°C. Self-floating design with ≥25% buoyancy ratio – no additional floats needed. Abrasion-resistant inner tube lasts 2-3x longer. Flange or quick coupling options. Monthly capacity 5,000m+. Test reports provided.
Oilfield Drilling Hose
API 7K/16C/16D rotary, mud pump, cementing, choke & kill, and fracturing hoses for onshore and offshore drilling. ID from 2″ to 6″, pressures up to 10,000-15,000psi, temperatures -55°C to +121°C. Hâ‚‚S resistant, flame-retardant, anti-static. 200,000+ impulse cycles, 4:1 burst ratio. MSHA compliant. Monthly capacity 20,000m+.
Industrial Hoses
We offer a full range of industrial hoses including air and multipurpose hoses, water and suction hoses, chemical and oil resistant hoses, material handling hoses, steam hoses, and food grade hoses. Available in inner diameters from 6mm to 200mm with working pressures up to 2.5MPa (360psi) and temperature ranges from -40°C to +210°C depending on the application. Our industrial hoses feature ozone-resistant, abrasion-resistant covers for outdoor and harsh environments, with custom lengths, colors, and branding available. Monthly capacity exceeds 300,000 meters.
Flexmax® High-Impulse Hoses
The Flexmax® series is our high-performance sub-brand engineered for extreme conditions, delivering over 1 million impulse cycles, a -40°C to +150°C temperature range, and a 4:1 safety burst ratio. Available in inner diameters from 6mm to 51mm with working pressures up to 45MPa (6,500psi), Flexmax® hoses are ideal for mining, offshore drilling, high-frequency impulse systems, and sub-zero or high-heat environments where standard hoses fail prematurely.
Hydraulic Fittings & Assemblies
We offer matching hydraulic fittings including metric, BSP, JIC, NPT, and ORFS styles in carbon steel and stainless steel, with crimping capabilities for all our hose types. Our assembly service provides custom sampling within 48 hours and bulk order turnaround within 7 days for standard specifications, with 100% proof testing on every assembly and digital crimping records available upon request.
